Michel Bauwens - Associate
Michel Bauwens is a Belgian internet pioneer with extensive experience in organizational change. His career involves management roles in knowledge management (British Petroleum), ecommerce and cybermarketing strategies (USWeb/CKS and MarchFirst), and e-business driven 'cultural change' (Belgacom). As creator of two dotcom entreprises, specializing in intranets/extranets (eCom) and interactive marketing (KyberCo), he has adviced many companies in his own country as well as others. He's currently studying the emergence of peer-based social processes in all fields of human endeavour, including business and corporate organization, and witnessing the Asian economic boom from his vantage point in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Andrew Crosthwaite - Associate
Andrew studied English at Worcester College Oxford and then went into advertising as an account handler in the Ogilvy Group. He transferred to strategic planning, becoming Head of Planning at Euro RSCG London, part of Europe's largest agency network. More recently he has been involved with consumer research, primarily designing qualitative studies for the likes of Toyota, ICI, Avery Dennison and Danone.
